Details: SUMMARY: Alert - Coliform and E.coli Positive DETAILS: Alert ID COLI15365 and COLI15369A sample taken on 3/25/2016 tested positive for Total Coliform and E. Coli. 2 of the 4 repeat samples taken on 3/28/2016 tested positive for Total Coliform. ACTION NEEDED: I spoke with Mr. Avakian on the telephone to discuss the results. I informed Mr. Avakian that a Boil Water Notice is required and supplied him with the template. Mr. Avakian stated that he will post the Public Notice today, and that he will shock chlorinate the well on 4/6/2016.
