| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert - Coliform and E.coli Positive DETAILS: Alert ID: COLI15365 and COLI15369A sample taken on 3/25/2016 tested positive for Total Coliform and E. Coli. 2 of the 4 repeat samples taken on 3/28/2016 tested positive for Total Coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Avakian was not able to print the public notice, so I visited the store location to provide copies. The owner posted notices on both doors into the establishment. During my visit the owner turned off the water to the soda and coffee machines at approximately 8:30am on 4/7/16. | ||
