| Details: | SUMMARY: False Treatment Technique violation. Close CT calculations DETAILS: Violation # 903163831 is not valid. Operator uses the tables, but Pete re-calculated with the more precise equation to determine CT was just barely achieved ... Actually, it turns out it was a typo. Instead of 0.52 mg/L chlorine, 1.52 mg/L chlorine was added. Again, no violation is warranted. ACTION NEEDED: Have the Data Unit invalidate the violation and the public notice requirement. |
