Details:	04.21.21 - Richard informed me that the monthly disinfection report for February was sent on 03/03/21, but the operator inadvertently sent the wrong attachment and the DWS Compliance office did not receive the report in time. Another email with the actual February report was sent to the State today. System has submitted their report for March 2021. Violation 900000226 RTC criteria met.
