| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Positive Coliform at 3 Sites in the Distribution DETAILS: Spoke with Bob. He stated that an old pipe was installed in the distribution from the new well and might not have been cleaned as well as it should have. I sent Bob the Level 1 investigation form and told him that he will need to submit 3 samples from the distribution next month. ACTION NEEDED: Fill out investigation form and send back, take 3 samples in May. | ||
