| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up on Unresolved Deficiencies, Due Date 4-21-16 DETAILS: The system has changed to a NSF approved chlorine. Chlorine is being monitored proportional to flow (4-27-16). Plumber has been contacted and a raw water sample tap will be added in the near future. Chlorine residual today was .6ppm-- a good level. ACTION NEEDED: Manager to inform NCPHD when sample tap is installed by plumber. | ||
