| Details: | SUMMARY: Temporary Routine Sample Positive for Total Coliform Bacteria. Original Positive Routine Sample was taken November 11, 2015. DETAILS: Following one +TC temporary routine sample taken 12/14/2015, 5 temporary routine samples were taken 1/28/2016. 2 of these samples were positive for total coliform bacteria. Silas took 4 repeat samples 2/2/2016 and one from the well head. All 4 repeat samples were positive for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Public Notice and 5 Temporary Routine samples in February. | ||
