Details: SUMMARY: No Temporary Routine Coliform Samples Taken in February. Routine Sample Positive for Total Coliform Taken 1/13/2016. DETAILS: Talked to Eric Anderson. Following the positive TC routine sample taken 1/13/2016, he took 4 repeat samples. All were negative for coliform bacteria. He did not take 5 temporary routine samples in February 2016-- hence Violation 2514119.He is returning to 1 sample every quarter and will take a quarterly sample in April 2016. ACTION NEEDED: None.
