| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: 9:00am: I contacted system operator on this date regarding the screened vent of the well head at Hudson Parcher. She said that she would install the screening on the vent and send a picture of the screening.5:15pm: Operator sent a picture of the screening that is now installed on the vent. This resolves the pending significant deficiency from the 7-15-15 water system survey. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
