| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiency Resolution DETAILS: This is a continued report initiated by Delbert Bell (Klamath Co.) around February of 2016. I contacted Ms. Colahan and she informed me she had stated a correction date for all deficiencies 2/16/2016 agreed upon with Delbert Bell. The corrections were for missing public notice, cross connection control ordinance, and consumer confidence reports. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
