| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant Deficiency Follow Up DETAILS: I contacted the operator to discuss the ERP and O&M manual. The operator had some confusion regarding the corrections needed. I informed him about what was needed and he said he will be completing those documents. I did not set a date for when we needed them by, just informed him that they were past due. ACTION NEEDED: ORP and O&M need to be completed by the operator. | ||
