Details:	SUMMARY: Positive TC and New Operator DETAILS: Carey contacted me to let me know he is the operator of the system. He owns a rental in D & J but he does not live in the park. I told him their most recent total coliform was positive. We discussed repeat samples and shocking the well. He was going to contact Star Pump. ACTION NEEDED: None.
