Details: SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: John stated they have switched to NSF approved chlorine, they have also completed the new well house and all of the wiring which was loose and not in a conduit on the top of the well head. All deficiencies have been completed. ACTION NEEDED: None.
