| Details: | SUMMARY: Clarification of PWS roles/duties DETAILS: Got clarification from Jeff Houchin (of the contract operator CH2M) on who does which part of the water system operations of the City of Lebanon. CH2M runs the current conventional surface water treatment plant and conducts all the monitoring except for lead and copper in the distribution - the City of Lebanon is responsible for lead and copper. When the new membrane plant comes online (expected winter of 2017/2018), the City is considering taking on the responsilbility of running that plant, but it has not been decided. Might retain CH2M as plant operator. Carollo Engineers is working on the new treatment plant. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
