| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Three phone messages have been left for Walter Hardcastle. No response has been revived. This system was surveyed and determined to be a Non- EPA state regulated system due to the decline in population. Deficiencies from the survey include all three plans and no raw water sample tap. A sample tap is located on the other side of the pressure tank and system has no treatment. ACTION NEEDED: No pursuing any enforcement on this system due to the lack of public health concern with the deficiencies that were found. All sampling is current as of this report. | ||
