Details:	Left phone msg for Phillip and followed up with email reminding to follow steps to lift boil advisory, after sampling at various points throughout affected part of the system--and let me know when it's done. Advised to check on sampling schedule to get caught up with required chemical and coliform scheduling. Per call I received from Phebe Howe, also advised Phillip (cc TJ Hecox) that the RCAC requires invitation to help with water system; referred him to the RCAC website and "EFC Request for Assistance" form to get things started.
