| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil Order Follow-Up DETAILS: 5/13/16 – Nancy called the office. Explained the situation to her. She said she would get more chlorine to Allen that day to get the chlorination system back up and running. 5/17/16 – Called Allen to touch base on progress. He said the residual was only up to 0.3 ppm and he was adjusting the chlorine feed pump to raise the residual. No follow-up samples collected yet. ACTION NEEDED: System to restore required minimum chlorine residual, collect three repeat samples, obtain DPD type chlorine test kit, attend WSTC to obtain required operator certification, rewire chlorine feed pump so it is proportional to flow. | ||
