| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform positive from sample taken 5/9/2016 DETAILS: Called Bob Young at Winston-Dillard to discuss the total coliform positive (TC+) sample taken 5/9/2016. I let him know that they will need to take 3 repeat samples, one at the same location, one upstream within 5 services, and one downstream within 5 services. Bob said they already took the 3 samples and sent them to the lab (on 5/12/2016). They were also reviewing the Level 1 investigation form, in case one of the repeat samples came back positive. - As an update, all repeats came back absent. No further follow-up needed. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples within 24 hours | ||
