Details:	SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from routine sample collected on May 17. Spoke with Dale. Reviewed follow up sample requirements of three repeat samples and one triggered source sample. The Reiman home where the well is located is currently unoccupied, so samples are no longer collected there. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect repeat and source samples. Further action to be based on those results.
