Details:	Met with Phillip and WS customer TJ Hecox (business owner on system) re boil advisory, repairs, sources of assistance. Phillip and TJ now have copies of the hand drawn map of system to copy and overlay for landmarks. Good discussion about resources available locally to trouble-shoot and repair immediate issues listed in CR report (equipment, skilled labor). Talked about other sources of financial assistance; RCAC and OAWU.
