| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ Repeat Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Spoke with Gene on Friday 5/6 and all 3 repeat distribution samples and special after reservoir tc+. Triggered source sample absent. Avion will try flushing the system and take specials. If not absent, will chlorinate reservoir to 10ppm and flush and resample. Thought is that the reservoir is the culprit. ACTION NEEDED: Find and fix and submit completed level 1 investigation form within 30 days. | ||
