| Details: | SUMMARY: Continued E.coli Samples DETAILS: Visited on 4-6-16 and evaluated a level 2 investigation.Suggested to Wayne that he call the Circuit Rider program for help with their situation. He called today, 5-9-16. Also, they took a sample on 5-6-16 at a house in distribution and it came back +TC, no E.coli. The residual was .28ppm. He is taking another sample on 5-12-16 for another confirmation. ACTION NEEDED: Will talk with Wayne after he gets ahold of the Circuit Rider Program. | ||
