| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Follow-up DETAILS: Discussed system status with Russ Kazmierczak and was advised to direct Mr. Nelson to sample nitrate again within 24 hrs and the average of the alert and repeat would dictate further sampling (quarterly/yearly). Mr. Nelson is unable to re-sample within 24 hrs but stated he would at first possibility (May 16, 2016 probable) and submit to Spring Street Analytical Lab. ACTION NEEDED: Review follow-up nitrate concentration for future sampling requirement. | ||
