| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to TC+ Alert and Follow Up of Significant Deficiencies DETAILS: Spoke with operator about alert. They have had their repeats done and they have come back absent. She attributes the positive samples to work they had done on the pump. As far as the deficiencies go, the casing lid has been sealed back onto well. She also stated that the horses have been moved back to their pasture. They were only near the well due to flooding of their pasture. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
