| Details: | SUMMARY: Seasonal Start Up Questions and Delay DETAILS: Nyra called to say that Sand Dunes Frontier has lost their letter that stated they needed to perform a seasonal startup procedure and test prior to opening. West Lane Plumbing is handling this for them and I sent them a new check list and told them to collect a sample as soon as they could. The system opened in March as stated on SDWIS. ACTION NEEDED: Collect RT sample, fill-out seasonal startup checklist. | ||
