| Details: | SUMMARY: 2 RT Coli+ DETAILS: Glen called before I received the alert. He stated their chlorination pump was leaking causing the system to be low on chlorine allowing bacteria to grow. Glen said they are fixing it today and will collect the required triggered source sample. ACTION NEEDED: Since two RT samples were collected and both came back positive this confirms the coliform in the system. The system needs to perform a level 1 investigation and collect a triggered source sample from each active well. Well #1 is the only one in use at this time. | ||
