| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from a routine sample collecetd on May 16. Spoke with Earlyna. Reviewed follow-up sample requirements of three repeat samples and one triggered source sample. Earlyna noted she only had one sample bottle, so she will collect one repeat tomorrow and the others as soon as possible. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect repeat and source samples. Further actions to be based on those results. | ||
