| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from routine sample collected on May 16. Spoke with Laura at KUO Lab who collectes the samples. Reviewed follow up sample requirements of three repeat and one triggered source sample. Those will be collected Monday. Spoke with Dino Ostrow with UPS. Plans for installing some type of disinfection at the facility are in the design stage. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect repeat and source samples. Further actions will be based on those results. | ||
