| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform in Routine Sample Taken 5/11/2016 DETAILS: Talked to Jennifer Johnson. Routine sample taken May 11, 2016 was positive for total coliofrm. She will take 3 repeat samples and 1 well water assessment ASAP. If any samples are positive, she will assess the system and correct the problem.Showed Jennifer the website for a coliform sampling plan.She needs to take 1 source water assessment sample and 3 repeat samples: 1 from the tap where the routine sample was taken 2 from the system (1 within 5 connections upstream of the original sample-- 1 within 5 connections downstream from the original sample and 1 from somewhere else) ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
