| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive Routine Sample DETAILS: Contacted Les Tibbets with Silver Lake Merchantile and Hotel regarding the routine sample that was collected on May 18, 2016. Explained that he needed to collect 3 repeat samples, one upstream from the positive sample location, one downstream from the original sample location and one at the postivel sample location. Mr. Tibbets indicated that he was in the process of collecting the samples which would be turned in today. Explained that he would need to complete a level 1 investigation of any of the repeat samples were total coliform positive and if the repeat samples are absent then he would need to collect three routine samples the month (June) following the postive sample. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for the three repeat sample results. | ||
