| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Line Break Resulted in a Boil Water Notice DETAILS: 4-7-16 --- Greg Hunter informed me that a water line break has resulted in a boil water notice being issued at Clayton Creek Estates. He added the line will be repaired today and the system will be flushed. He will be collecting a coliform sample asap.4-11-16 --- Greg called to inform me the repairs are completed, a coliform sample was collected and tested absent for coliforms, and the boil water notice has been lifted. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed. | ||
