Details:	SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive sample results from all three repeat samples and the source sample collected on 5/20. Spoke with Dale and Nancy. Advised them on well chlorination procedure. Advised them a Level 1 investigation form would be mailed to them. ACTION NEEDED: System to complete Level 1 investigation form, collect samples in June.
