| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ routine sample DETAILS: Water system is required to take 3 routine samples per month. One of the three collected 5/22 was positive for total coliform bacteria. Positive sample was from the Spring #3 train. System will take the required follow up samples and assess after the results are received. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples and a triggered source sample from spring #3. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
