Details:	SUMMARY: L1 triggered for May 2016 DETAILS: System collected 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample on 5/3/16. The source sample and 2 repeats were total coliform positive. Likely contamination came from well pump repair and system was not properly flushed after work was completed. ACTION NEEDED: Complete Level 1 assessment by June 5th. Take 3 routine samples in June.
