Details: SUMMARY: TC positive routine sample DETAILS: System had collected a routine sample on 10/14/15. It came back positive for total coliform. System will need to follow up with required samples. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples and a triggered source sample within a week. 5 samples are needed in November. Further action will be based on the results.
