| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL for Oct 2015 DETAILS: The system collected 4 repeat samples on 10/21/15. Three of them were positive for total coliform. System is to issue a public notice and examine any possible contamination causes in the system. ACTION NEEDED: Issue a public notice and send DWS a copy. 5 routine samples are needed in November. Further action will be based on the results. **addendum - additional samples were not collected in November-- however, a sample collected Feb 2016 and May 2016 were absent for bacteria** | ||
