| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ routine sample DETAILS: Sstem had collected a sample on 5/19/15 and turned positive for total coliform bacteria. Messages were left for the operator on 5/22 and 5/29. Follow up from the operator was not made. ACTION NEEDED: System needs 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample. 5 routine samples are needed in June 2015. Further action will be based on the results. **addendum - system did not collect an follow up samples and only had this one sample posted for all of 2015. One sample in April 2016 was absent for bacteria.** | ||
