| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: System operator sealed the old electrical conduit hole on the wellhead with a pipe & plug. This has sealed the opening on the wellhead. The operator sent a picture of the repair. I will remind the operator that plan review for the new UV units are still required. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
