| Details: | SUMMARY: Anonymous complaint of professionalism DETAILS: A boil water public notice was circulated, instructing people to not drink the water until notified. While the self-inflicted main-break was repaired Wednesday (5/25), no one in the community was notified. Complainant had to call today, 2 days later, to inquire about the ongoing boil order from the wholesaler the water system purchases from, the City of Redmond, to learn that the water was safe to drink again. ACTION NEEDED: none. Unrelatedly, consider changing contact from the current Richard Wright, to Miguel Segoviano. No other contact information was acquired, however. |
