| Details: | SUMMARY: L1 investigation triggered May 2016 DETAILS: Spoke with Francine in regards to the sample results. The source sample came back absent while the distribution were total coliform positive. System has the Level 1 assessment form to fill out. We will discuss at during the water system survey. ACTION NEEDED: Fill out L1 assessment form and return to DWS by end of June. No additional samples are needed at this point. System to resume regular testing of 3 samples June 2016. | ||
