| Details: | SUMMARY: Correction of Significant Deficiencies DETAILS: I spoke with Steve Pergrin with All Well and Pump and he sent pictures of the work completed to correct Significant Deficiencies noted on the WSS conducted on 11/19/2015. These deficiencies included:1. Sanitary seal on SRC-AA (well) is not watertight.2. The well head had several burrs where it had been cut in the past and the seal was replaced to eliminate gaps and make water tight.All significant deficiencies have been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
