| Details: | SUMMARY: Correction of Significant Deficiencies DETAILS: I spoke with Steve Pergrin with All Well and Pump and he sent pictures of the work completed to correct Significant Deficiencies noted on the WSS conducted on 11/19/2015. These deficiencies included:1. Sanitary seal on SRC-AB Well #2 is not watertight.2. The opening on top of the 3,450 gallon storage tank for the water level rod is not watertight.3. The other opening on top of the 3,450 gallon storage tank is not locked or secured.David Squyres with Meford Fuel sent written confirmation that the store is now using an NSF approved chlorine (HASACHLOR) to correct the following deficiency:4. Non-NSF 60 Sodium hypochlorite used for disinfection of drinking water.All deficiencies from the WSS have been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
