| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact with System Operator (M. Reedy) DETAILS: I returned call from Mike Reedy who had called on 6/1/2016 regarding alert for TCR. I instructed him to follow monitoring requirements of 3 repeat samples and 3 additional routine samples for the following month. He was unaware of the new changes and I also provided him with documents related to the system for future reference. He stated the first available time to re-sample was Monday, June 6, 2016.
