Explained they will be getting the investigation form in the mail and it must be completed as soon as possible and to send it to me when it is completed. Also explained the requirement to take 3 temporary routine samples before the end of June. ACTION NEEDED: L1 investigation and 3 temporary routine samples before the end of June. | ||
