| Details: | SUMMARY: A Nitrate Sample Collected on 2-7-11 Tested at a Level (5.14 ppm) That Exceeds 50% of the MCL DETAILS: Aelrt ID: CHEM71395-16-16 --- A nitrate sample collected on 4-26-16 tested at a level (5.09) that exceeds 50% of the MCL. Quarterly sampling in 2011 demonstrated R&C below MCL. As per Russ Kazmierczaks e-mail, I contacted Mark Schatz and asked him to collect future Nitrate samples in the quarter that yielded the highest previous result - the first quarter. ACTION NEEDED: Future nitrate samples should be collected in the first quarter. | ||
