| Details: | SUMMARY: Site Visit to Look at System and take a Coliform Sample DETAILS: Site visit made. Located 4 spring cisterns, all previous information in file only documents 3 cisterns. All of the covers are inadequate, not water tight. I oberved an animal inside one of them, probably a squirrel, and its nest that was on top of the cistern opening under the tin that had holes in it. Not 100% on which cisterns feed which homes. We tried to take a sample from the tap at one of the cisterns but not enough pressure because the tap flows upward. We ended up taking the sample from Katie Evans home at 43319 Rogers Mtn. Loop. The test came back positive for TC, negative for ecoli. Cheryl, Katie and Emily McDonald all showed up when the sample was taken. All old documents from previous operator, Scott Grimes, gone. I informed them that I would make a list of items that needed correction. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
