| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from routine sample collected on 6/6/16. Spoke with Howard. He had already got word from the lab and collected the required three repeats and the triggered source sample. He was not sure what caused the TC positive as he followed proper sample collection protocol and there was a chlorine residual of 0.4 mg/l. ACTION NEEDED: Further action to be based on results of repeat samples. | ||
