| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Follow-up Contact DETAILS: Season operation, testing monthly had a TC+, June 2 -- repeats were taken and one was positive. ACTION NEEDED: Level 1 investigation is needed. I spoke to the system operator and his superiors to explain the new requirements that started April 2016. I explained that posting for TC+ was no longer a requirement. System stated that they had a couple of line breaks and were going to initiate repairs.1 Routine sample due next month.Send State the level 1 investigation form. | ||
