| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint Invesigation and Loss of Pressure - Boil Water Notice DETAILS: Responding to a complaint received by Deschutes Co. and forwarded to NCPHD. Complainant stated that there was no chlorine residual in the system. I contacted Mrs. Roberts and asked that she pull a chlorine residual and report back to me. Residual taken 6-7-16 in the evening, she stated that there was a 1.0ppm residual. That night the pump located after the reservoir broke and the system is totally out of water. Contractor has been working to restore supply. Loss of pressure Boil Water Notice needed. The Ice Cream store is shuttered, get testing done prior to lifting the boil water and only after negative results on report. ACTION NEEDED: Keep NCPHD in the info loop. | ||
