| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to tc+ routine sample DETAILS: System had collected a routine coliform sample on 6/6/16 that tested positive for total coliform bacteria. Free chlorine residual was 0.32 at the time of the positive. ACTION NEEDED: Taje 3 repeat samples and a triggered source sample from each active well on at the time of the positive sample. The sources needing to be sampled are: SRC-BA (#1),SRC-EA (#4),SRC-FA (#5), SRC-GA (#8), and SRC-HA (#14). **update all triggered and repeat samples were absent for bacteria 6/10/16** | ||
